With the title still up for grabs the final round of the 2007/2008 season was always going to be exciting. A solid weekend for the teamcraft team was again not reflected in the times attained but the big crowds and good weather ensured the everyone enjoyed the day. View images from Brands Hatch here



A1 GP Regent Street Promo

With A1 GP returning to Brands Hatch next weekend, Regent Street in London was the venue for the pre-race spectacular. All the teams were there and 150000 people enjoyed the party atmoshere. Roary the racing car and his chief mechanic Big Chris were a hit with the kids whilst all the glamour of motorsports truly international series kept everybody else happy. A1 GP Round 9, Shanghai.

A change of driver didn't lead to a change of fortune on Sunday the 13th. Once again Les and the team put together a package that was reliable and quick. Although Jorge Goeters got progressively quicker during the week he was unable to match the pace of the top teams either in qualifying or in race pace. The event itself was hugely successful however and with only one round left this season the title is yet to be decided. View images from Shanghai here



A1 GP Round 8, Mexico.

A busy weekend for Teamcraft with the A1GP round in Mexico. With it being Team Mexico's home race hopes were high for some good results. Once again Les and the team worked hard to ensure the car was quick and reliable with not major problems occuring over the weekend. A nice neutral balance allowed David Garza to Drive to his limits. A1 GP Round 7, South Africa.

The weekend started badly for Team Mexico when David Garza put the car into a wall exiting the turn 6-7 chicane. Les and the team started a heroic rebuild effort with the spare chassis. To his credit David managed to pilot the rebuilt car to 8th place in the sprint race before Team New Zealand crashed into David in the pit lane during the feature. View Pictures from Durban here



A1 GP Round 6, Australia.

Wet weather played havoc in Australia with drivers adjusting to continually changing conditions. With no traction control the cars were a real handful with nearly all the drivers coming unstuck at one point or another. View behind the scenes pictures here.



A1 GP Round 5, New Zealand.

Team Mexico were back in the points in New Zealand. A good solid drive from David Garza, combined with a quick reliable car set up saw David finish the feature race in 9th position. View all the latest action here.



A1 GP Round 4, China.

All Change for Team Mexico in China. New Driver David Garza while understandably somewhat cautious in his first race was able to take advantage of the excellent reliability that Les and the team are getting out of the car to leave Garza just 1 place out of the points. The team left feeling in good spirits with the new year trip to Taupo, New Zealand just around the corner.



A1 GP Round 3, Malaysia.

Hot and humid conditions in Malaysia made for a change from the cold of Brno. The racing was as hot as the weather with disappointing qualification results offset by a decent climb through the places on race day.

A track guide with NZ Driver Johnny Reid ahead of this weekends race in Malaysia. Preparations for the race are underway for in Malaysia with heat being the major obstacle.



A1 GP Round 2, Brno Czech Republic

A Challenging weekend for Team Mexico was improved by setting the 5th fastest lap in the feature race by rookie driver Michel Jourdain Jnr. With plenty of garage activity required the team certainly earned their money in Brno.



A1 GP Round 1, Zandvoort, Holland. (Video)

First race of the year and hopes are high for all the teams. Teamcraft are running Team Mexico and after showing good speed in testing are hopeful of a good result and certain the car is quick enough to pick up points.

GP Masters Weekend. Silverstone. 13/08/2006

A wet race day did nothing to dampen the competitive spirit that still lives within these ex F1 drivers. Our involvement with Derek Warwicks challenge provided a unique view of some of the worlds greatest drivers.



GP Masters Losail, Doha, Qatar. 28-29/04/2006

Fantastic conditions and an excellent challenging track saw fantastic racing from the off in Qatar. Former World Champion Nigel Mansell showed his class by winning at the first time of asking.
